I have had a,great experience here.i have to say I have no complaints overall.the staff are very helpful when u go to the office....I have read couple of bad reviews but like I said u can't make everyone happy.these are pretty nice apartments compared to other places. I mean really who can say they have a lake in their complex.to me it's worth it.and if you're so unhappy well maybe u should do something about it.

safe place to live
we have lived here for 4 years, and we are pleased with the location, especially with maintenance they are always courte...
we have lived here for 4 years, and we are pleased with the location, especially with maintenance they are always courteous and on time. the location not far from the 60, 15 and the 10 freeways. it is clean here and they keep up the apartment with gardeners. not a bad place my family and I enjoy it here

I am pleased so far with the attention and urgency to my questions and concerns and the time it has taken to handle them.
